Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter this agreement, and comply with the laws that apply where you live. Sports-wagering age and legality vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your activities are lawful.

Informational service only

GoSports provides sports analysis, model outputs, historical performance, and entertainment content. GoSports is not a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers, does not manage gambling funds, and does not provide financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.

No pick, probability, ranking, return figure, model result, or historical record guarantees a future outcome. Sports wagering involves the risk of losing some or all money wagered. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, or transfer an account or use another person's account. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Memberships and billing

If paid memberships are offered, the price, billing interval, included access, trial terms, and renewal terms shown at checkout form part of these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the disclosed interval until canceled. You authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method.

You may cancel through the available account or billing controls. Unless checkout states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid billing period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. Taxes may be added where required.

We may change future prices or plan features with advance notice where required. A price change will not be applied retroactively to a completed billing period.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service; bypass access controls; scrape, resell, republish, or systematically redistribute picks or data; probe or disrupt security; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; use automated access without permission; or use GoSports for unlawful activity.

Ownership

GoSports and its licensors retain all rights in the service, branding, software, models, presentation, and original content. A membership grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the applicable access period. Team, league, and third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Availability and changes

Games, odds, schedules, data feeds, injuries, lineups, and external services can change or be inaccurate. We may correct content, change features, pause releases, or interrupt the service for maintenance or circumstances beyond our control. We do not promise that every sport, market, or pick will be available every day.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSports is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoSports and its operators will not be liable for wagering losses, lost profits, lost data, indirect or consequential damages, or decisions made using the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights provided by applicable consumer law.

Suspension, termination, and changes

You may stop using GoSports at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, legal requirements, or a security threat. Provisions that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—will remain effective.

We may update these Terms as GoSports changes. Material revisions will be identified by a new effective date and additional notice where required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
